Return & Refund Policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at kyriannbelize@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Gift cards
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at kyriannbelize@gmail.com.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
